SIR - May I once again through your letters column thank a very brave and gallant young man who ran pushing me and my electric scooter (my Batmobile) all the way from Grindecobbe to Tavistock Avenue when said scooter ran out of power. I've never gone so fast.
Also I would like to inform the young man I did what he asked of me and put a donation in the poppy box. Thank you once again. It happened on November 2.
