SIR, - Re your story "Driveway boss must pay £1.5m" (Herts Advertiser, March 13). Fantastic news that Conners was convicted of breaching the Trades Descriptions Act but the £1.5 million is to be split between the Government and Herts Police, the court service and the Crown Prosecution Service. Why?
