SIR — Rip-off after another rip-off — I am outraged by the recent train ticket fare increase from First Capital Connect (FCC). My daily ticket to Moorgate has increased by 50 pence to £15.50. We already had a 20 pence increase not too long ago. What does

SIR - Rip-off after another rip-off - I am outraged by the recent train ticket fare increase from First Capital Connect (FCC). My daily ticket to Moorgate has increased by 50 pence to £15.50. We already had a 20 pence increase not too long ago. What does FCC have to show for it? In addition to the extortionate car-park charges, FCC is either lining its own pockets or getting the commuter to pay for the expensive new car park. Or is it both? I think it is time for the Government to intervene.
