Strafford Arms are through to the final of the Herts FA Sunday Senior Cup with a 2-0 win over Hertford Stags.

Plough & Harrow are into the quarter-final of the Herts Ad Challenge Cup as goals from George Elledge and Charlie Gould helped them to a 2-0 win over Plough & Harrow.

Brookmans Park Res also moved into the last eight of the Herts Ad Intermediate Cup with a 5-2 win over Wheathampstead 89.

Lucas Christie led the way with a hat-trick with Sammy Kinsley and Bradley Carter getting one each. Dary Dunbar and Tom Simmonds replied for Wheathampstead.

Welwyn Warriors reached the semi-final of the Jim Lynch Trophy thanks to a 3-1 victory against Borehamwood Rovers.

Gabriel Asare-Bekoe, Steven Mee and Matthew Taiwo scored for the Division One side against the Premier Division outfit.

Dan Bradley (two), Jamie Jones, Oliver Lacey and Sam Spranger were all on target as Harpenden Colts beat Saints 5-4 in the Charity Cup while 

Jake McIntosh scored all three in BWSC's 3-2 win over The Wrestlers in the Goulding Cup.

Phoenix went to number one thanks to a 5-1 win over Mermaid.

Wheathampstead Wanderers beat Forever Young People 8-2 with a hat-trick from Frankie Buckler and a brace for Jordan Cornes.

Stephen Buckler, Ales Mawhinney and Pat Sheehy got the others as Wheato go fifth.

A 3-0 win for Pinewood over Phoenix Res means those two teams have swapped places at the foot of Division One. Yannick Vangu and George Milsted got two of the goals.

The top two in Division Two both lost to throw the title race into confusion.

George Sippetts got a hat-trick as Welwyn Rangers moved third, one point behind leaders Six Bells Res who they beat 6-2.

Cain Keller Tyler McCarthy and Harry Tozer got the others.

TNF completed the double over Mermaid Res by winning 3-2 with goals from Steve Orchard (two) and George Hoar, Ken Lee scoring both for Mermaid.

St George's took the Division Three title after winning 4-1 against Welwyn Warriors Res. Alexander Acklam got the Welwyn consolation.

Goals from Kai Takahashi (two) and Matthew Nash weren't enough as Marshalswick Rovers lost their fourth game in a row, going down 4-3 to Rose & Crown Mosquito.

A double-header in Division Four saw Alban Dynamo Res while pick up six points with 2-1 and 1-0 wins over Royston Rangers Res.

Ollie West got two and Frankie Delacy one for Dynamo, who are now nine points behind leaders Stotfold Rovers with four games in hand. Nick Curtis was on target for Royston.

Two goals from Aaron Puleston and a Brooke Matthews single gave Hatfield Seniors Res a 3-1 win against Monday Night FC.

London Colney United beat Phoenix A 4-3 with goals from Cassius Trangmar (two), Byron Robinson-Meiklejohn and Ben Hobden.

Stefan Day, Danny Sherman and Ross Whinnett replied for Phoenix.
