The Solid Gold Rock ‘n’ Roll Show arrives at The Alban Arena in St Albans on Friday, November 24.

Topping the bill will be A Teenager In Love, Rubber Ball and Donna chart star Marty Wilde, who is celebrating his 60th anniversary in the music business.

He will be joined on stage by backing band The Wildcats and fellow 60s singers Eden Kane, Mike Berry, and very special guest Mark Wynter.

Performing their own hits and collaborating live on stage, Marty, Eden, Mike and Mark, teen idols of their day, will show how rock ‘n’ roll, with its fusion of sound and rhythm, shaped the style of music that we listened to then and still do today.

Expect to hear Marty’s biggest hits along with songs such as I Don’t Know Why, Well I Ask You, Don’t You Think It’s Time, The Sunshine of Your Smile, Venus In Blue Jeans and Go Away Little Girl.

Tickets cost £29.50 and £27.50.

• For tickets, call The Alban Arena box office on 01727 844488 or book online at
