REHEARSALS are well under way for the Kimpton Players' Old Time Music Hall. The show is in its 42nd year and during that period it has raised thousands of pounds for local and national charities. It is being performed in Kimpton Memorial Hall on Friday and Saturday, February 24 and 25, as well as from Thursday, March 2, to Saturday, March 4. Producers Viv Newton and Carol McGuire are promising a very strong cast and some new numbers. Tickets are £9.50, available from the box office on 01438 832542, which include a ploughman's supper. There will also be a licensed bar with waitress service.
