Talented young professional players Anna Cashell and Simon Watterton are giving next week’s lunchtime concert at a city centre church.

Anna (violin) and Simon (piano) are regular performers in the Wednesday lunchtime series at St Peter’s Church where their performances as soloists and together have been much acclaimed.

Simon studied at the Purcell School of Music with Patsy Toh, and at the Royal College of Music with Yonty Solomon. Anna trained at the Yehudi Menuhin School and the RCM.

Their programme next Wednesday, June 4, will include Mozart’s Sonata in F Major for Violin and Piano K377 and Cesar Franck’s Violin Sonata in A Major.

The concert starts at 1pm with a retiring collection in aid of Grove House.
