Rees moves from Biggleswade Town to St Albans City

Transfer season has well and truly started at Clarence Park as Ian Rees becaomes St Albans City’s first new signing of the summer.

The 20-year-old midfielder joins from Southern League Premier side Biggleswade Town.

Prior to that the former Luton Town trainee had spells at Hemel Hempstead Town and Hitchin Town.

His signing follows the news that Lee Chappell has signed a new one-year-deal to remain at Clarence Park.
