ST ALBANS Ladies ran out 3-1 wins over Hemel Rovers in a friendly.

It could have been more had it not been for the Hemel 'keeper who made several good saves.

Ria Llewellyn opened the scoring for the Ladies, and this was followed by a goal from Tiffany Harbron. The Ladies' third goal came from a delightful lob by Lucy Tape following a great pass from Katie Ladd and Claudia de Simone impressed on her debut at right back.
