The development of Essex House on Victoria Street by St Albans-based Catton Homes is expected to be complete by early 2019.

It will include two one-bed apartments, two two-bed apartments, a two-bed penthouse and a three-bed townhouse. Each property will have its own secure parking space.

Essex House is located between the City station and the high street, close to the junction with Lattimore Road.

Paul Ullmer, CEO of Catton Homes said: “We’re very excited to have the opportunity to convert and redefine such a prominent St Albans building.”
