Just one property remains for sale at the Pinnacle development on Camp Road, St Albans.

Built on the site of The Camp pub, on the corner of Camp Road and Roland Street, the two-bed property has an asking price of £499,995. The property is being marketed by William H Brown in St Albans.

Pinnacle is a collection of 27 studio, one, two and three-bed apartments spread across four floors.

There is lift access to all floors and each property has one allocated parking space.

The Camp closed its doors for good in 2015 when owners McMullen & Sons sold the pub to Howard Homes. The pub was demolished in 2016.
