Van crash closes road

A ROAD had to be closed when a van ended up on its side after colliding with a lamppost. The crash happened just after midday yesterday (Tuesday) by the railway bridge adjoining Mount Pleasant Lane and Station Road in Bricket Wood. The driver was uninjure

A ROAD had to be closed when a van ended up on its side after colliding with a lamppost.

The crash happened just after midday yesterday (Tuesday) by the railway bridge adjoining Mount Pleasant Lane and Station Road in Bricket Wood.

The driver was uninjured in the incident but his white Renault van was left blocking the road which was closed by police until the vehicle was recovered at around 1.30pm.
