A broken down vehicle is causing delays on the M25 this evening.

Between junctions 22 and 23 clockwise, near St Albans and towards Potters Bar, two out of four lanes have been shut to allow for recovery work.

There is slow moving traffic in the problem area - the incident is not expected to clear before 6.45pm.

Normal traffic conditions are only meant to return to normal by 7pm.
