Traffic standstill on M1 near St Albans

Traffic is currently at a standstill on the M1 near St Albans this evening (April 20).

Drivers travelling on the M1, between junction 11 and junction 6, are facing queues of 10 minutes against normal traffic - some of that stretch is not moving.

It is expected to clear by about 6.30pm.
