Broken down lorry in St Albans causing traffic jams

A broken down lorry is causing traffic chaos in St Albans this morning.

Jams are building from the roundabout linking Batchwood Drive to the A4147 and A5183, down Redbourn Road.

Commuting drivers are facing delays of about 20 minutes.
