Witnesses to a car crash in St Albans have been asked to come forward.

At about 10.05am on Saturday, a black Nissan X-Trail and a small silver hatchback collided on the roundabout at Bluehouse Hill and Redbourn Road.

Initially the silver hatchback stopped, but then left the scene.

Witnesses should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting ISR 242 of May 12.
