A NETBALL team has been crowned district winners for the first time in more than 17 years. Manland Primary School in Harpenden last won the Sports Association Netball Rally in 1989 but steamed through to victory in the tournament earlier this month. They

A NETBALL team has been crowned district winners for the first time in more than 17 years.

Manland Primary School in Harpenden last won the Sports Association Netball Rally in 1989 but steamed through to victory in the tournament earlier this month.

They beat Redbourn Juniors 5-0 in the semi-final and then faced Wood End School in the final which they won 3-2.
