Multiple delays on roads around St Albans and Welwyn Hatfield this evening

There are a number of delays on roads in and around St Albans and Welwyn Hatfield this evening.

The M1 was closed northbound between junctions 10 and 11 due to an accident, which caused six miles of queuing between junctions eight and 10.

There are also delays between junctions three and six on the A1 by Hatfield, and at junction one by Potters Bar.

On the M25, there are delays at junction 20 anticlockwise, junction 22 clockwise and anticlockwise, and on the A405 northbound between the junctions to the M25 and the M1.

Additionally, there are delays of 32 minutes on Coopers Green Lane in Hatfield, between Hatfield Avenue and B197 Great North Rd.
