Broken-down vehicle the cause of M1 lane closures near St Albans

A broken-down vehicle has closed lane closures on the northbound side of the M1 near St Albans.

The hard shoulder and lane one are closed and the event is expected to clear between 6.15pm and 6.30pm and traffic is expected to get back to normal between 6.45pm and 7pm.
