Gunman robs hotel

AN ARMED robber held up Sopwell House Hotel staff at gunpoint in the early hours of Monday morning. It is thought the raider entered the hotel in Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, just after midnight and confronted staff before making off with a sum on money

AN ARMED robber held up Sopwell House Hotel staff at gunpoint in the early hours of Monday morning.

It is thought the raider entered the hotel in Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, just after midnight and confronted staff before making off with a sum on money.
