•Batford Nursery School, Skylarks Day Care and the Children’s centres: Closed will be closed - ‘Following a thorough assessment of road conditions around the area and communications with staff I have made the decision to close in the interest of the safety of parents, children and staff.

‘Many have considerable journeys and so I cannot guarantee enough staff to ensure the safety of children. I hope you will understand that this has been a difficult decision.’
