STAFF at Beaumont School are “thrilled” to announce its students have earned a set of record-breaking GCSE results this year.

Six of its pupils have each gained eight or more A* grades, and there have been many success stories in GCSE maths and science.

Year 9 students also received superb results having taken their French or German GCSEs two years early.

Headteacher Elizabeth Hitch said: “We’re thrilled with the results and congratulate the students on their very hard work. Well done to all.”
