Delays on the M1 reaching back to Harpenden

There are queues on the M1 back to Harpenden following a collision.

Three of four lanes are closed on the northbound side between junctions ten and 11 near Luton.

The ensuing disruption has reached back to junction nine near to Harpenden and Flamstead.
