Mathew Pink: 31, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was fined £280 plus £50 compensation and £30 towards victim services after assaulting a man by beating in Borehamwood on December 12, failing to surrender to custody at West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on March 14 and August 16, and stealing a bottle of Famous Grouse whiskey from Tesco in Borehamwood on December 12.
Colin Dennis: 41, of Snatchup, Redbourn, was committed to prison for 14 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £115 towards victim services after damaging a glass bowl, china figurine, meter and door chain in St Albans on August 17, assaulting a woman by beating on the same date, and committing an offence during the operation period of a suspended sentence for breaching a restraining order imposed on July 18, by contacting a woman in Peterborough on August 3.
Kerrie Ward: 35, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was fined £69 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Vauxhall Astra along Drakes Drive, St Albans, without an MOT certificate, on February 10.
Danielle Gardner: 39, of Spencer Street, St Albans, was fined £147 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points after speeding in an Audi RS Q3 along the 30mph A5183 Elstree Hill South, north of Sullivan Way, Elstree, on February 14.
Louise Pomroy: 38, of Belmont Hill, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Peugeot 206 without insurance in Drakes Drive, St Albans, on February 6.
John O’Brien: 26, of Meadowside, North Orbital Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £66 towards victim services and £85 costs, and was awarded nine penalty points for driving a Ford Transit without due care and attention in Tower Hill, Chipperfield, on February 25. He pulled out into the path of an oncoming Volkswagen Polo, causing the driver to suffer fractured ribs.
Savana Dunk: 29, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Ford Mondeo without insurance in Shenley Lane, St Albans, on February 15.
Robert Dunham: 47, of Hickling Way, Harpenden, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points, after refusing to identify the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 37mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, outside Lea Industrial Estate, Harpenden, on March 6, after being required to do so by Herts Police between April 19 and May 16 at Stevenage.
Fergus Quinn: 41, of Radlett Lane, Shenley, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after speeding in a Ford Ka at 39mph along the B5378 Allum Lane, east of Blattner Close, Elstree, on January 21.
James Degale: 31, of Woodside Road, Bricket Wood, was fined £750 plus £85 costs and £75 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points after driving a Land Rover at 43mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street in St Albans on February 27. He was fined a further £750, £85 costs and £75 towards victim services, and awarded four more penalty points for exactly the same offence, this time at 41mph, on the A5183 Park Street on February 22.
