St Albans woman wanted for failing to attend court

Police are looking for a woman from St Albans who stole a motor vehicle and did not show up in court.

Tillie Bennett, who is known to frequent the St Albans area, was due to appear at Central Herts Magistrate’s Court on Friday, March 16.

The 20-year-old was charged with stealing a motor vehicle.

Anyone with information on Bennett’s whereabouts is asked to call Herts police on the non-emergency number 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Police advise members of the public not to approach wanted people but to call police immediately.
