A WINNING school netball team have taken the league title with an unblemished record all season.

Colney Heath JMI school has played unbeaten all year and took the St Albans Small Schools Netball Tournament title last month, beating St Adrian's school three goals to nil in the final.

Headteacher Pete Rose said: "We are very proud of our team and their efforts. A special mention has to go out to teachers Miss Weston and Mrs Hinton for all the time they have put into coaching and training the team.
