TWO burnt-out cars were found in woodland at the weekend.

A Nissan Micra and a Renault Clio were discovered on Sunday morning in land off Toulmin Drive on the New Greens estate, St Albans.

Firefighters were called to douse down one of the cars which was still smouldering and police believe the Clio may be a stolen vehicle.
