Traffic has built up on the M1 this morning


A broken down vehicle on the M1 is causing congestion for commuters travelling north from St Albans this morning (September 5)/

The incident was at junction 11 on the northbound entry slip, and traffic is building down to junction eight.

There are currently 10 minute delays against expected traffic.

It is expected to clear by 8.45am.
