Police seized a car in London Colney this afternoon and the driver now faces a £300 fine.

Officers from the Beds, Cambs and Herts Road Policing Unit seized the vehicle on the A414 today.

BCH Road Policing tweeted: “No sooner [had we] finished dealing with the Passat on the A1(M) for no insurance, we then find this vehicle on the A414 London Colney without insurance.

“Seized and six points, £300 fine coming to driver.

“Policy was cancelled due to non-payment.”
