SIR - I would like to comment on the recent article about homeless charity Shelter (March 25).

I have been searching for a reasonable home for some time now.

It seems we have filled every nook and cranny in our lovely city with homes only suitable for pygmies. I agree we need affordable homes, but surely we are entitled to a little space. Maybe we should be looking further afield for new builds?
