Whether you’re planning to be a spring bride, setting your sights on a summer date or looking at even later in the calendar, the weeks will fly by – so now’s the time to make a resolution to get things sorted.

Luckily all sorts of experts are on hand to advise and guide you, and some of the leading suppliers in the area will be gathered at Knebworth Barns this weekend to give you the benefit of their expertise.

Whether you’re just starting out on your wedding planning journey or you’re looking for final touches, there’s no better way to start 2015 than with a visit to Bride: The Wedding Show.

Begin the day with a romantic drive through the beautiful deer park in all its winter finery, and then prepare for the excitement of meeting more than 80 of the region’s finest wedding suppliers, from venues to stationers, caterers to cakemakers, dress shops to florists, photographers to entertainers.

Three times on each day there will be an inspirational catwalk show – at 11.30am, 1.15pm and 3pm – which will have the hall rocking as models show off the latest designs for Team Bride, Team Groom and wedding guests.

Catwalk styles include gowns from Hinxworth Bridal, Ann Bridal and Ivory & Lace Bridal, menswear by Moss and Suit & Booted, mother of the bride outfits from Cream and fashion for the whole wedding party by John Lewis.

And that’s not all. Other highlights on offer include:

l The Inspiration Boutique giving ideas, tips and advice to brides on all aspects of the big day including photography tips by Lina & Tom and inspiration from bridal boutique Shades of White.

l New for 2015 – walk away from the show with your wedding dress. There are great offers from the region’s finest gown shops.

l Live music and entertainment performances to inspire ideas for your own wedding party.

l Visit the stylish champagne bar.

l Free copies of Herts, Cambs & Beds Bride magazine and an official showguide are given away to brides on arrival.

l A free goody bag for the first 100 brides through the door.

Tickets are £4 each or £12 for a group of four in advance available online from www.theweddingshow.co.uk.

Tickets are £5 on the day, and the show runs from 10am to 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
