MOTHER-of-two Fiona Crompton, who  was seen by million of viewers in a TV advertising campaign for Cancer Research, has lost her seven-year battle for life. Loreto College student and former Colney Heath JMI pupil, Rachel Deradour, aged 15, was travelling as a passenger in a red Hyundai along the A4147 towards St Albans from Hemel Hempstead when it was in collision with another vehicle. The collision happened on Wednesday April 29, 2009 at 9pm. Rachel died at the scene.
