Desperately seeking Harry and Helen O'Hagan

I am trying to contact Harry and Helen O'Hagan formerly of Preston Lancashire. I believe they moved to the Stevenage area in 2003 or 2004. I need to contact them as a matter of urgency as they hold information which is vital to a concern I have.
