Wisbech, what is it really like

Hi to all,

My family and myself are thinking of moving to Wisbech from Essex, can anyone please give me some information regading the area.

Is it a safe area, of course petty crime happens in most places, but in general is Wisbech a safe place to live.

Is there a good community spirit.

And are the schools good.

Well, locally it's known as Wisbechistan because there are so many East Europeans there.

It's quite a pleasant town with some interesting architecture and history.
